Welcome to the Barkside!
Hello, My name is Crystal and animals are my passion in life! I received my associates degrees in animal care specialist in NSCC, so I'm more than comfortable to watch dogs, cats, reptiles and rodents. Proper holding facilities will be required for rodents and reptiles. Leashes for dogs are required and any favorite toy or accessory your furbaby loves, feel free to bring also. Any food or treats you would like him or her to have please provide also. I have experience with all animals of all ages. I can also help with training! So if you would like basic commands taught to them I would be more than happy to do that for you also. I have a smartphone so if you want to check up on them at any point of the day I would be more than happy to send you as many pics and videos that you'd like so you can see how they're settling in. I do have two children that will be "helping me". My boys are very gentle! So if you're unsure of your pets attitude towards children then please let me know so I can keep them away from your beloved furbaby. I live in a townhouse with a small patio area that's fenced in. Exercising will be mostly done on trails or dog parks. Whatever you'd prefer most. Doors also do not open in the house or car unless pups are already securely leashed. So there's no chance of them running off. I've been working with rover for a little over 10 years and not once has anyone escaped while staying with me. I promise when you leave your furbaby with me, it will be like a second family for them. Im also a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to play with your furbaby, take them out for walks, and bond with them. I will treat your furbaby like they are my own. So they will get plenty of love and attention here.

Crystal was wonderful with Maeve! We picked up Maeve after a 4 we got back from a 4 hour whale watch and she was safe happy!
Crystal was great with Kona!! She was very responsive and easy to communicate with during our time away, as well as very accommodating with our schedule when we were booking ahead of time. We got plenty of pictures and videos of Kona to see how much fun she had while with Crystal. We would definitely recommend her to others, and would use her services again!!
Crystal was sweet and caring and followed our instructions about the doggies to the letter. We’ll use her again next time.

I have a fenced in yard, where dogs will be leashed up before doors open so theres little to no chance of your pup escaping. .

Here's where we'll take our walks Dog parks and trAils are always fun, but I also like to do just some calm walks By the beach Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog can sleep with us on the bed or a bed that you provide him with. It's whatever you are comfortable with Time I'll spend with your dog From the time your dog gets dropped off to the time you come and get him! He will be tired out by the time you come pick him up lol Time I'll spend with your dog i have no time limit, take your time and know your fur baby is in good hands Extra house-sitting services i will be more than happy to assit in additional tasks for you
