Crystal is AMAZING ! Love you ! Happy Mother's Day, Again!

Crystal was very polite and sweet. She came to my house three times to feed/let my dog out and even brushed her! She was very reliable and on time, she was also really good at communicating and let me know everyone she was on her way to my house and when she was leaving.

Crystal is great with animals but she's an idiot. I don't even know what she used but she somehow stained both of my toilet seats blue so now they have to be replaced. She also brought her entire household's laundry to my house to wash while I was on vacation 16 loads worth. The problem with being stupid is you don't pay attention to things like the Wi-Fi symbol that lets you know that my washing machine hooks up to an app and tells me when it's been ran. And no I'm not done, there were bottles, multiple, and cans. Now while she states that these liquor bottles were mostly empty when she brought them that doesn't negate beer cans in the trash. I have nothing against drinking but I was only gone for 5 days there's no way you needed several shots of liquor and multiple beer cans while you were staying in my home with your minor. I see the minor walking my dog regularly on my cameras would love to hire the minor. Most of the food in my house that was eaten soon as we think that a child would cook so either they both really like Ramen, pancake, and chicken nuggets or the daughter was the one predominantly cooking ( i do have liability concerns as to if the daughter was the only person in my home more often then not) . And icing on the cake is that for some reason they kept turning my thermostat so high up that they were setting off my temperature sensors for my security system and I actually had to spend money to get on Wi-Fi to tell them that my house shouldn't be 80°. And even though I have a whole guest bedroom they kept sleeping on my sofas. I would not recommend anyone booking with Rover as it doesn't appear that they actually vet their clients and on top of that if you have an issue they will do nothing to solve it you were supposed to communicate with the dog sitter which is really hard if the dog sitter and lacks the intelligence to say I apologize how can I make this right. And ANYONE familiar with animals knows dogs can't have cooked chicken bones, so now I have to watch for intestinal issues since she gave my dog a cooked chicken wing. On top of that I can't tell how often my dog was walked but it does appear that she was walked once or twice a day total which doesn't make sense because why am I paying you to be at home with my animal if you're not actually going to take her outside regularly. All of these employees are supposedly independent contractors.

STAY AWAY...this was the worst boarding experience EVER! We drove to NC from MD to take my mother to surgery. We booked a time and messaged her when we were 30 minutes away only for her to tell us she was over an hour away. We were out of options so she arranged for us to leave our pup at her sisters where she would retrieve him (desperation does crazy things..I had to get my mother to the hospital another 2 hours away). She messaged us once during the visit to say he was doing well. We went to pick him up early..he and his belongings were outside in the yard. He was in his crate covered in fleas and urine with wet urine soaked food all over the ground and inside the crate...and it wasnt even HIS food because his food was still sealed in the bags we sent. He had clearly not slept on hos blanket because it waa still Gain fresh. He had not been walked because halfway to my moms house he lost control of his bowels in my car. He continued to defecate for at least ten minutes after we got him out of the car. We had to wash him repeatedly to get the urine and fleas off and he was afraid to go in his crate for days after even with the door left open. I knew when she was so irresponsible about the time that it would be awful but I never thought it would be to this level and if I could have figured out a way to keep him at the hospital with me I would have never left him. Never ever ever ever book with this person.
