We had a late-night, last minute need for a sitter for our 9-week old puppy. Crystal immediately and enthusiastically responded and the whole experience could not have been smoother. It was obvious our puppy received excellent care and lots of affection. Thank you Crystal!

My dog was very comfortable with crystal. She sent photos and videos regularly. I’d happily trust her with jamun again.
Might be in a pinch, but her non responsiveness and poor communication, and the disconnected phone line gave me a panic attack and I ended up calling police departments and having to mediate through Rover. My dog came home sick because he ate dog food that wasn’t theirs, I was also not aware there would be other dogs or kids in the home, and my dog came up picking up some weird habits. I won’t again, but you might if you’re really desperate.
Crystal did such a great job with taking care of our Sherlock - we felt really confident after the meet and greet a couple of weeks earlier that he would be well taken care of, and Crystal was highly responsive during the time of his stay, especially when we needed some flexibility as our travel plans changed. We are so happy to have such an awesome family live nearby and are looking forward to having Sherlock stay again soon! Thanks Crystal and Family!
Crystal was friendly and liked our dog. The only issue is that we didn't get photo updates, some of our toys were lost and looks like our dog got upset stomach during stay.
