Cats make life magical
I have loved cats all my life, having one of my kitties live till he was 19. I always throw my 4 cats birthday parties, and care for other cats for friends and clients, who continue to rebook visits. I really enjoy it.

More than just food, clean water and catbox, the cats get lots of snuggles. Im especially good with shy cats, letting them feel safe in their home. And during every visit, the client will always receive a picture of their fur baby.

This is the second Christmas that we have been lucky enough to get Crystal's help. I appreciate her flexibility and reliability on a busy holiday. Having a cat that needs meds 3x a day is stressful but Crystal did amazing. Thank you again
As other reviews may hint, if small details (i.e. timing) are something you get hung up on, Crystal may not be the right fit for you. HOWEVER, for me, leaving my fur babies alone for that long for the first time, Crystal was the perfect person for giving me peace of mind. She is extremely responsive, and even made huge inroads, as shown by the photo evolution, with my otherwise shy cat while frustrating my more gregarious one by responsibly resisting his attempts to charm her into letting him out.
We had a disappointing experience with Crystal. While she was punctual and communicative during the initial meet-and-greet, things drastically changed on the day of the scheduled drop-in visit. We didn’t hear from her at the scheduled time and had to check in twice. Hours after the visit should have occurred, she sent a picture of our cat and a brief message stating she had been able to make it, but no explanation for the delay, no Rover card or any additional updates. Our neighbor later informed us that the door had been left unlocked and cat food open on the counter, suggesting she had left in a hurry. Despite repeated attempts, we couldn’t reach her for clarification, and Rover support was also unable to get in touch. This situation forced us to cut our trip short by a day due to concerns for the safety of our home. The key was dropped off the second day but we didn’t see or hear from her. This experience was unsettling and below the level of care and professionalism we expected.
Crystal agreed to come over for a meet and greet, and take care of our pet cat, Felix, during a last-minute trip around the holidays. She took great care of Felix - we came home to a healthy, happy cat.

Crystal helped me when I was in jam over Christmas with my epileptic cat. She stopped by 1-3x a day to give my cat medication. I really appreciate the care she took over the holiday. Thank you!

Dates de la garde
I take care of lots of cats! It is my main priority and have taken care of 12 cat clients in the past year. On the side, I do hospitality freelance work, scheduling around my kitty watching.
