Crystal lost our dog while we were out of state over Christmas for an emergency. She did not notify us that Faith was missing for several hours. At that point I took it upon myself to post Faiths photo all over social media in hopes our neighborhood and surrounding area would see her. Crystal didn’t even notify Rover that she was missing, which is in her contract. I had people looking all night for her because it was barely 20* out. She was spotted over a mile away and even crossed a highway several times. After more than 18hrs loose, one of my neighbors was able to catch her and kept her safe until we arrived home early. She suffered from exhaustion, her paws were torn up and she was cut and bleeding in severals areas. Thankfully she healed physically from her injuries, but unfortunately mentally she has never been the same. It’s horrible that Crystal tried to cover this up, thinking she could just find Faith and never even tell us she was missing at all. She blamed Faith for getting out, said she must have jumped the fence or something. Come to find out, Crystal had an unsecured back yard. Mistakes happen, but the way Crystal handled the situation was extremely irresponsible. Communication is key when your caring for a part of someone’s family. We could have had several hours of daylight to have people look for her if she was honest and forthcoming with information.

Crystal was great with our dogs!! They can be difficult and a handful but crystal was wonderful with them! They had the best time with her too! We’ll definitely be using her in the future!!
