A typical day
A typical day with me depends on your pet’s needs, but they can always expect plenty of attention, care, and consistency. As a medical student, I spend much of my time studying, which makes me a great fit for house sitting. I’ll be home most of the day to keep your pets company. I enjoy having them nearby while I study, whether that means a cat curled up next to me or taking breaks to play with your dog, go for walks, or give them some extra love and attention. For drop-in visits, I make sure each visit is purposeful and engaging. I’ll check on food and water, handle any litter box or potty needs, and spend quality time making sure your pets are stimulated and happy. Whether it’s playtime, a walk, or just companionship, I always aim to leave your pets feeling comfortable, cared for, and content. I also provide regular photo updates and keep consistent communication so you always feel connected and at ease while you’re away.

I grew up with dogs and cats, and previously had an 18 year old cat of my own. I'm very familiar with senior pet care, and thorough with any instructions left.

Crystal was the absolute best house-sitter. She is patient, professional, and a truly lovely person to interact with. Despite less than optimal conditions (our hot water heater quit suddenly and needed emergent repair), she was such a positive person and beyond flexible! Our house and pets (3 cats and 1 dog) were in very capable hands during our trip. Highly recommend!
