I would strongly caution other pet owners before booking with this sitter on Rover. Our experience with Crystal and her dogs raised serious concerns around reliability, transparency, and the level of care provided. Key information was misrepresented after the fact, and communication became inconsistent and contradictory. Most concerning, the agreed-upon service was changed mid-stay, resulting in significantly reduced supervision and care for our dog. Despite clear prior disclosure on Timmy’s profile and an in-person meeting, inaccurate claims were later made to justify the situation. The overall handling of the booking felt driven more by convenience and financial considerations than by the well-being of the animal. Pet owners rely on trust, honesty, and consistent care, none of which we experienced here. We would not recommend.

Crystal is simply amazing with a caring nature normally. Her love for animals is really such a beautiful trait of hers. She’s patient, energetic, caring, watchful, responsible and completely connected with animals she comes in contact with. I recommend her and trust her completely. She has cared for my dog who became attached her immediately. Crystal has a awesome personality with so much love to give.
