Ms. Crystal was so kind, loving and patient with our tiny 3 month old Teddy! Puppies require a lot of love and attention as they are like sponges soaking everything in at a fast pace. They are also a lot more work than a trained adult dog. Ms. Crystal treated Teddy like her very own “grand dog”. She sent pictures and videos throughout the weekend to give us a glimpse of their day and to reassure us he was doing very well. I’m a meticulous person and she followed all of teddy’s care instructions. She even provided us with tips as new puppy parents. He was calm and relaxed when we picked him up and Ms Crystal even gave him a new toy that he loves! We are so happy we found her! We look forward to booking her first years to come!

My furbaby, Warner, has only stayed overnight with family members before, and he is usually very skittish around other people. However, when we met Crystal during the meet-and-greet, he seemed comfortable and at ease right away. Crystal quickly allayed my fears by sending videos, texts, and pictures throughout Warner’s stay. She also took the time to ask thoughtful questions to better understand his diet, routine, and habits. When I arrived to pick him up, Warner jumped out of the car to give Crystal one more hug.
