I have 2 friendly, crate trained dogs who get walks 2-3 times/day. We also recently built a mini dog park in our back yard for dogs who prefer to be off leash, but also need to be supervised while outside.

Information Crystal H. would like to know about your pet
I require all of my dogs to be crate trained for everyone’s safety, and for owners to provide their own crates. My dogs are only crated when there is no one home, during drop off/pick up time for my in-home preschool, or if they need a safe place to escape. For new clients, I also require a meet and greet between our dogs before I will accept a booking.
A typical day
I will do my best to learn your dog’s needs and then adapt to those needs to help them feel comfortable. One of my dogs loves nothing more than to lounge on the couch and cuddle. My other dog is much more active and playful. I can easily accommodate different lifestyles to help your dog feel right at home.

I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University.

Crystal is the best! She is an experienced and caring owner of multiple pets, and she treats any guests as if they were one of her own. She goes out of her way to send us photos, notes, etc. while our pet is with her. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Sometimes I think my dog likes being at Crystal's house more than her own home! She's always so excited when I drop her off. I couldn't ask for anyone better!
