Crystal did a great job with Javi. I received updates and photos. She was communicative and I appreciated her flexibility with drop and pickup times.

Crystal was wonderful. Chase enjoyed his time with his new friends, and Crystal was so accommodating. She picked him up on her way home, and when we got home she dropped him off. We will definitely use Crystal again.

Crystal and her family took wonderful care of our dog, Marley, and gave us great peace of mind while we were away. This was his 3rd stay. Crystal will tell you she’s not the type of sitter who sends multiple photos and lengthy updates every single day. Instead, she sends occasional updates that let you know how things are going, and those updates always reassured us that Marley was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. If you’re someone who needs constant communication, that’s worth knowing. But if you’re looking for a sitter who will truly integrate your pet into her pack and love them as one of her own, Crystal is fantastic. We absolutely trust Crystal and her family with Marley and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate care for their furry family member!

Crystal took my request for Paris’ stay last minute and I am very appreciative of that. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication throughout the stay felt inconsistent and at times dismissive. One of my clearly stated expectations was receiving daily photo updates of my dog, which I communicated multiple times. Despite this, I had to ask 3 times before pictures were consistently sent. What was most frustrating was being told that requesting daily photos(even 1 a day) was “unrealistic,” even though regular updates are a very common expectation for pet owners leaving their animals in someone else’s care. To make matters worse, when I picked my dog up, she smelled terrible and had poop smeared on her backside, which was extremely upsetting to see. While I appreciate Crystal being available last minute, the lack of communication, dismissive attitude, and condition my dog was returned in made this a very disappointing experience overall. I will never book again.

Marley always has the best time with Crystal and her partner Trey! They both take such great care of him and consistently go above and beyond to make sure he’s happy, comfortable, and well loved while we’re away. Communication is great, updates are thoughtful, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing Marley is in such caring hands. We’re incredibly grateful for them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive sitters!

Crystal was so caring and loving to our little Marley! She and her family gave him lots of snuggles and attention during his visit. She was also flexible with drop off and pick up which is really helpful because I fly for work which can lead to delays. Already looking forward to our next visit!
