I’ve had the unique experience of being on both sides of the apps- both as the pet parent and as the care giver. I’ve personally used these apps a lot for both planned and last minute help for the dogs. I’ve had many great experiences. I’ve also had those not great experiences that you really wish you could take back. That being said- I know what it takes to create a positive experience for both you and your pet. When they’re with me, I’ll treat them as my own! You’ll get lots of pictures and updates, they’ll get lots of love and attention 💞 We did recently adopt a senior whippet male named Charms, and he just minds his own business, ha! Before Charms we had Ace, a Shih Tzu/Maltese mix for 13 years, and Shandi, a greyhound, for 10 years, before they both passed away in 2024. I also carry Pet Care Insurance outside of Rover.

Crystal has taken care of my Blu pup 3 times now and he always comes home happy and fed. Crystal takes him to the dog park and even brushed his coat one day. Would trust her to watch any pup of mine in the future!
Crystal was amazing! She was able to help us with a last minute booking. I think Ki enjoyed his time very much as well. We will be booking again. :)

I currently have an open schedule to devote more time to pet sitting. M-F I am typically available for same day walks and drop in visits.

I live in an apartment with an elevator, with a good amount of green space for dog walking surrounding. I have no problems crating animals if that’s what yours is used to. I also purchased outside insurance thru PCI- Pet Care Insurance, in the extreme unlikely event something happens while your babies are in my care.
Pets
A typical day
The suggested wording is “I love to stimulate your dog physically and mentally. We’ll play a bunch of games, check out all the new smells in my neighborhood, and explore a big park near my house.” However- that's not me, ha! We'll go for a 10-however long walk they need, however many times during the day. When they want to play at home, we'll play! If I have to step out, I'll probably leave them a frozen peanut butter Kong if that's ok with you. I promise they'll get lots of love and snuggles, though!!!!

- There are a few things I need to know, especially before boarding pups: 1. Are there any medical issues or allergies? Medications needed? 2. Daily routine? Walk times, feeding, etc 3. Does your pet have any triggers? Thunderstorms, vacuum cleaners, cats? 4. Can the pet be left alone? For how long? I have others, but we can go over those during a meet and greet :)
