Crystal was AMAZING! I had to go away for work for almost 2 weeks and I was really feeling guilty leaving my 2 pups for so long, but she sent me updates with pictures and stayed in constant communication so I knew how they were doing. She really put my mind at ease knowing they were in such good hands.
Crystal was amazing to work with! She took great care of our Aussie and cat! Sent pictures and updates. I was able to go out of town for a few days with peace of mind that they were in great hands. She also sent our pets home with a gift. Definitely recommend!
Crystal came into my pets lives as a literal lifesaver :) because i needed her help during Thanksgiving and she was readily available and happy to care for my pet on short notice. She followed all of my instructions, fulfilled any misc requests, kept me updated on things happening at the house like packages being delivered, neighbors stopping by to play, etc! Her communication was always prompt and anytime there were unexpected changes, she informed me within a reasonable time. She gave a very trustworthy vibe and I really loved how she was mindful of things that had slipped my mind. Crystal was great with Boo! She was very attentive and keep us up to date on everything that was going on. Boo seemed very comfortable and happy at Crystal’s doggy day care. I would definitely use her to watch my pup again! And recommend her to anyone needing a doggy day care!
She's amazing! She did everything she could to make my timid baby(cat) feel comfortable. She response quickly and provides updates as needed. I'm glad I selected her for boarding services. My cat was in good hands.
