This was my very first booking on Rover and we had to pick our puppy back up because she was not ready to watch our pup. When we arrived she did not answer the door I missed a few phone calls as well-that was okay but when she came out the house she said she forgot about our booking! When I was explaining how our puppy was, and his usual tendencies it seemed like she was waiting for us to stop talking and leave. Although we weren’t allowed to enter her home, it’s still felt super unprofessional, so Im definitely not going to rebook. I ended up getting a friend to watch our puppy in the same area we were visiting out of town. Honestly, don’t care about getting a refund as long as my pup is safe and sound with me

A typical day
I have a huge fenced yard your dogs can play and run in safely, I go to the park pretty often so they will also play time there to explore. I walk everyday so your dog will get plenty of exercise and have plenty of sniff spots to stop by.
