Crystal was awesome at watching Bennie! He was so comfortable and loved the attention from her whole family! She sent me the perfect amount of updates and pictures. He was very well taken care of and I would 100% go to Crystal again.
I specifically asked for my pup to not have ANY food or ANY treats because I had a bad experience with a sitter on Monday and she had two dogs and I think my pup ate something he should not have so he was sick on Monday night and Tuesday all day after that. She responded that she’d keep a close eye on him and when I dropped him off I instructed that he not eat anything from her other pets and she said she would put the food up. When I was picking up my pup today and reached out and asked how he did because she didn’t send any pictures or any updates all throughout the day, she responded with “ He did absolutely wonderful. I kept the door shut to the cats food and my daughter accidentally let him in and he ate pet food. I hope it doesn't upset his stomach. The other pups that have visited and gotten into it didn't have a problem. The food is approved by my vet and is grain free.” I’m absolutely not okay with this and my pup is on a very specific diet and she let him get into the cat food! I will NEVER be bringing back my pup to this home AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Dog returned home with the same disposition and sleep habits as when we left her. She enjoyed having the children around to play with. Crystal keep her house clean and the dog safe.
