I recently had Crystal take care of my two dogs and one cat during a week-long trip. While most aspects of the care were satisfactory, I was a bit concerned that one of my dogs didn't receive the level of exercise I had specifically requested. The rest of the experience was fine—she kept the house tidy, and the pets were well-fed and otherwise well taken care of. Crystal was responsive to messages and followed most of the instructions I left. However, I would have appreciated more attention to the exercise needs of my dog. Overall, a good service, but room for improvement.
