I'm currently available 7 days a week for walking, in-home visits, dog park excursions, full daytime care, and overnights. I take my own girl to the park every morning and we would love for your friendly fur babe to join us! If they prefer 1:1 interactions with a playful doggo, or just a playful human, we are available for all of it.

I have a friendly 25 pound Muppet of a dog who would love to play (no aggression or possessive behavior) in our spacious, well-fenced back yard, as well as an indoor play space on poor weather days. We do have medium and large crates available, if preferred, as well as plenty of toys and soft beds to keep your fur babe happy and healthy. If they prefer solo time, I'm happy to join them at your home for companion visits or walks, or have the means to separate our girl if needed at our house.

Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs, cats, bunnies, reptiles, and horses (hunter/jumper 20 plus years) and can't imagine a life without animals. Until recently, I've been a busy professional who often relied on others to help when I couldn’t be there myself for my fur babies. Now, I want to be that person for you! I'm a well-known morning regular at the local dog park in Benicia, and have often been trusted with the care of our dog friends and family, be it walks, bringing them to and from the park, doggie daycare, and overnights at my house. I would now like to offer my loving services to others in our community. My partner and I live in a beautiful home with our own 25 pound fur babe, Ursa, a perfectly lovely Muppet (see photos) who absolutely loves everyone - human or animal. We have a spacious and well-fenced back yard perfect for playing, as well as a doggo playroom equipped with cameras, beds, and plenty of toys. I have had and cared for special needs animals that require custom diets, exercise, medication (including injectables), and have cared for seniors through the always heartbreaking end of life stage. While I've trained many animals, I do not consider myself a professional trainer, but would be more than happy to continue any training exercises your animals require to ensure they don't miss a beat on learning. We feel very lucky to have found Cristina! We have two dogs who are very attached to us as we are to them and we’ve never left them alone with anyone before. We knew right away at our first meeting with Cristina that she was the perfect fit. We were quickly set at ease with how comfortable she made us feel and our dogs took to her right away. We followed up with visits to her house and meetups at the dog park, all in preparation for leaving them for a week. Cristina’s place is the ideal setup with lots of indoor and outdoor doggie play space. Our two guys have a new playmate in her dog Ursa! We no longer have the concerns we had and feel confident that our dogs will be in the best of hands when we need to be away!
Cristina has been taking care of our dogs for years, and she’s always been amazing. She really knows her stuff and genuinely loves the animals she looks after. Cristina has been pet sitting our dogs for 15 years. She is the most loving dog mom you've ever met. She takes her own dog to the dog park daily and will take your dog(s) too. The dogs also have a huge yard to play in, sleep indoors, and get tons of pets and cuddles and healthy treats if you allow that. She is a very experienced Dog Sitter who will expertly dose medicine if needed. )She has even given given dogs shots when necessary!) She treats your dogs just like her own. She has watched all three of mine at one time, which is not an easy task because it's a feisty barky 8 pound Chihuahua, a fussy 25 pound Healer and a 75 pound energetic Rottweiler. They ALL love her. You can feel 100% comfortable you dog(s) will be have the best care for while with Cristina.
