I like long walks with your pets
Hi! When I’m not traveling for work, I work from home and love using my breaks to get outside and get my steps in — and I’d love to have a four-legged walking buddy join me! While I don’t have a dog of my own (just one sassy cat for now!), I’ve been around animals my entire life and regularly help care for friends’ and family members’ dogs. I’ve also house-sat and cared for dogs in their own homes while their owners are out of town, so I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable, happy, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I genuinely enjoy dog walking and love knowing I’m giving a dog the exercise, attention, and outdoor time they need. I’m comfortable with different personalities and temperaments and pay close attention to a dog’s body language and boundaries. I never force an interaction and know when to give a dog space, redirect their attention, or step in when needed. Because I work from home, I’m especially interested in daytime walks and drop-ins, as well as house sitting. Whether your pet needs a long walk, a potty break, meals, playtime, or simply some company while you’re away, I’d love to help! My goal is to make your pet feel safe and cared for — and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in attentive, reliable hands.

I’ll treat your pets, home, and routine with the same care I’d want someone to give my own. I follow feeding schedules, walking instructions, medications, household rules, and any special requests closely. I pay attention to body language and boundaries and adjust my approach to each pet’s personality. For house sitting, I’ll keep you updated with photos and check-ins so you always know how things are going. If Christian will be joining or helping with your pet’s care, I’ll always discuss that with you beforehand.

Cristina was absolutely awesome with my dog Maisel!! Maisel has some weird quirks when she isn’t with me but Cristina was great with her and even took time out of her day to come meet maisel beforehand. I 100%%% recommend her for any of your animal needs!!
Cristina provides exceptional care when watching my two 65 pound pitbulls. I am able to rest easy when I am on vacation because I know my needy pups are having all of their special needs met. I trust Cristina to always provide daily exercise and pudates whenever she is assigned dog duty. She goes above and beyond to make my dogs feel like they are on a vacation too! Aside from that, Cristina is extremely tidy and always picks up after herself when she stays at my home. Cristina is the best caretaker in the NOLA area, hands down.
Cristina is fantastic with pets. She walks my little girl, Rachel, on a regular basis.They have good long walks but Cristina knows when to return.

Schedule
When I’m not traveling for work, I work from home and have a flexible daytime schedule. I love taking breaks throughout the day to get outside, so dog walks and drop-ins fit naturally into my routine. I’m also available for house sitting and can work remotely from your home when my schedule allows. My boyfriend, Christian, is also an animal lover and may be available to help, giving us added flexibility with walks, playtime, and keeping your pets company.
