Information Cristal R. would like to know about your pet
Before I care for your pet, I’d love to know a few key things to make sure I give them the best experience possible. Things like: Their personality, are they playful, shy, cuddly, anxious, super active? Any routines, feeding times, potty breaks, meds, or special quirks What they’re allowed to do, couch access, roaming the house, crate time, etc. How they handle new people or other animals Any fears or triggers (storms, loud noises, vacuums, etc.) Favorite toys, treats, or calming tricks that work for them Basically, anything you’d want someone to know if they were stepping into your shoes. The more info I have, the more I can make your pet feel safe, happy, and right at home.
A typical day
It really depends on your pet’s personality! I like to get a little note or rundown from you first, just something that tells me what kind of vibe your pet has (playful, chill, cuddly, shy, etc.), what their routine looks like (feeding times, meds, bathroom breaks), and any house rules (like if they’re allowed on the couch or if they roam freely). Once I know what they love, I’ll tailor everything to them. If they’re playful, we’ll do fetch, tug-of-war, or chase toys around the house. If they’re more relaxed, I’m all about cozy snuggles, brushing, and just keeping them company. I’ve got experience with bathing, feeding, and even basic training, so I’m happy to help with whatever they need.

Pet care experience
Little background: I’ve loved animals from a young age. I would watch Animal Planet and study all kinds of animals for hours. I also volunteered at an animal sanctuary called Best Friends in Kanab, Utah. There I learned more about the necessities that dogs/cats of all ages need. I'm a very patient person. I owned a dog myself so I know how to bathe, feed, groom, & train basic tricks. I got my sweet girl when she was just a puppy, at 7 years old, and cared for her in her senior years in my 20s. I provided medication three times a day and did constant bathroom breaks since she was a little more fragile. I have taught a one-year-old puppy how to sit and lay down. Eventually, we got "roll over" and "play dead". I am available most nights and some days during the week and most mornings/nights on the weekends. I can work around my schedule for anyone needing care when traveling. When traveling myself, at the time my old girl was alive, I always worried who would care for her in everything she needed, so rest assured I know the feeling of wanting someone to know your pet like you do.

Reviews

Cristal was very easy to work with and her love for dogs is evident. Cristal took great care of Honey Bear while we were away.
