I have been an independent pet parent for 20+ years and have a soft spot for senior pets. My fur babies supported me through 20 years of active duty service and I depended on good sitters to look after their needs during multiple moves, shift work, and overseas deployments. As a new retiree, I offer military-quality reliability, responsibility, and honorable service to you and your furry battle buddies when life gets busy or hands you the unexpected.

Safety, trust & environment
I routinely inspect my own home to ensure everything is in order and will do the same for your home. My own pets have trained me to notice signs of illness or distress such as vomit stains, abnormal litter box activity, object destruction, scooting, or excessive shedding. I also observe how a pet moves to see if pain or injury may be present. I tend to over inform in my reports so that you feel comfortable that your pet is well and have confidence that the visit was thorough and attentive.

Cristal is wonderful. Our 19+ year old cat loves staying with her. We have absolutely no worries when he is in her care. She loves cats and he knows it.

Cristal was amazing. I’m one of those crazy dog moms, and she managed everything perfectly. Fantastic communication, provided flexibility prior to and during the scheduled dog-sitting window, was transparent about options, gave updates during and after each visit, and I came home to a furry best friend who acted like I hadn’t even left! Highly recommend.

Schedule
I will make every effort to accommodate your request especially during holiday periods when I know many people are traveling. I will also do my best to help you out on a short notice if you are in a pinch.

- I have experience caring for diabetic cats. I can administer subcutaneous insulin for dogs and cats if needed. I can also administer topical medication such as thyroid medicine that goes in the ear. Please let me know if your dog has any bolting triggers (ex: will dart after squirrels, etc) or if any problem animals live along common walk routes. Also, please tell me if your dog has any health or medical issues that may come up while walking (ex: epilepsy, allergies, needs extra water, etc).
