When providing pet sitting services in clients' homes, I adhere to all instructions provided by the pet owner, including feeding schedules, medication administration, and specific care routines. I ensure regular updates, including photos and messages, to keep the pet owner informed about their pet's well being and activities. Safety is paramount, so I maintain vigilance over the pet's environment, securing gates and doors during walks or playtime, and addressing any potential hazards. I engage pets in appropriate exercise and play activities tailored to their needs for physical health and mental stimulation. In case of emergencies, I am prepared with access to emergency contacts and basic pet first aid knowledge. I also respect the client's home, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout my stay.

Courtney was such a blessing to our fur babies. When we got home, the cats were very happy. She kept their boxes very clean, and she showed up twice a day close to the times she said she would keeping the kitties on a schedule which helped with keeping them on a routine and happy. She was also very responsive to the messages I would send her when I forgot to do something before leaving. Courtney is sweet, reliable and responsible. I would hire her again and recommend her highly.
I initially thought Courtney had great communication. We were able to schedule a meet & greet same day to go over where I keep things and she saw me write on my whiteboard on the fridge about feeding my dog Flint a meal for each of her visits. I came home one of the days to my dog’s food bowl being left on the counter and he was starving for I’m not even sure how many hours exactly. She did apologize but I just felt so terrible watching my dog scarf his food down when I finally did feed him when I trusted her to care for him. I know house sitting doesn’t require the person to “check in” or “check out” or write any report cards but when you’re far away for work for many hours you’d think someone would give you peace of mind to just tell you they’re actually there doing their job and reassure your animal is in good care. I pretty much had to ask for pictures after each visit. I’m disappointed because she had a good review and I wanted to make her a regular sitter.
Courtney was so great! We have 2 dogs, one who is very skiddish and full of anxiety. Courtney was so patient with him and won him over pretty quickly. Her communication was wonderful. We're definitely going to have Courtney look after our fur babies again! So happy we found her!
Courtney watched my two kittens for over a week and made sure to feed them and spend plenty of play time with both of them. She sent me a ton of photo updates to keep me informed on how they were doing. Courtney is kinda and my pets were very happy around her. She has also taken care of my friends dog and they mentioned that she was very professional and caring of their pet aswell. I highly recommend, you reach out to her for all of your pet needs!!
