Minimum 3 photo/video updates daily & digital media provided as memento at end of stay. *please do not send service requests between 9pm-8am* Howdy! I'm a lifelong animal lover and pet enthusiast! When I first moved to Seattle from Colorado in 2018, I was immediately enamored with how dog-friendly this city is - so much so that I snagged a part time gig at a downtown dog daycare, and even did a short stint at a vets office in West Seattle! Before moving to Seattle, I volunteered as a pet foster for 4 years in Colorado. I have a well-rounded knowledge base on pet care - rest assured your precious pup is in good hands with me! As for cat care - I have been a lifelong feline lover and have plenty experience owning and fostering cats as well. No fur baby bias exists here! Oh, and if you're wondering: YES, I DO STAY in your home overnight, and the majority of the time you're gone. My rule of thumb is that I'm not typically gone for more than an hour at a time, rarely gone up to 4 hours, and anything that will require me to spend more than 4 hours away from your pet will be discussed ahead of time. I have been providing services on Rover since 2021 and am happy to announce that in addition to providing luxury pet care in the comfort of your own home, I also promise the following: Minimum 3 photo/video updates per day 1 high-quality highlight video/slideshow of your pet(s) (to be delivered within 36 hours of the end of my stay) As a certified multimedia specialist, my passion for pets has collided with my skills in digital media, and you get to reap the benefit of that by hiring me as your sitter!

Safety, trust & environment
When out for walks, I am hyper-vigilant with your dog. I will always have your dog on leash, even if you are comfortable with them being off-leash. Better safe than sorry! I'm well versed in gauging temperament and reacting accordingly, and have no problems separating or socializing your pet, depending on their needs! Patience is my MO. Does your fur baby prefer a sniff-ari over a marathon? let's do it! the way i see it, walks are their news and their social media, and they deserve and enjoy that stimulation just as much as we do! (and hey, no doom scrolling!)

Courtney was the perfect fit for us. A consummate professional, she demonstrated the perfect blend of deep knowledge/experience with great listening and an empathic nature. Courtney was a fantastic communicator, providing daily updates without ever needing prompting. Most impressive to us was how well she developed a bond with our dog Blue. Blue was a stray/rescue who is incredibly smart and notoriously standoffish towards people. When we first got Blue it took me months to earn her trust.. By the end of her one week stay Courtenay and Blue were besties. Courtney’s communication (vids + photos) during the stay really helped alleviate any concerns we had (this was Blues first sit with a stranger), as we saw Blue quickly warm to Courtney. We definitely hope Courtney can sit for us again in future…. I’m sure Blue does too. Thanks Courtney!
Courtney is absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend. She provided the best care for my pup and took good care of our home. Courtney is a thoughtful person, great communicator, and talented photographer. She will be our go-to person moving forward. Feeling very grateful our paths crossed.
