Text prior to provide ETA and when you arrive to allow time for any current clients to get settled so I can prepare for your pups arrival :) If your pet has any issues of separation anxiety / unable to be left you must notify prior to booking to ensure proper accommodation. This is my full time position so I do complete other duties such as drop in appointments and work each client around my current schedule. Day Care & Boarding hours of operations for Drop-off & Pickup are as follows: 7AM - 10PM. Must notify of pick up and drop off time to schedule. If unable to hear from you on the day of booking and the time slot passes the booking is subject to cancellation. I do not take cats in my own home for daycare or boarding, only dogs. No meet & greets are required prior to daycare or boarding stay unless you would like to. Meet & greets can be done outside of my home in the driveway or backyard: I do NOT allow anyone in our home for reasons such as safety & respect for other pet clients occupying the residence on a daily basis as they are my first priority in care. Meet & greets are worked around those already here. I am more than happy to send videos or photos of the home layout for review.
