Courtney always goes above and beyond! She’s so good to my two boys and they love her!!

If I could give 0 stars I would because that is the amount of service we got. After cancelling the first meet and greet with us, she came and met with my husband the night prior to him leaving. She said she would have no issues, but seemed flaky on if she would stay at the house (which is what we were paying for). My husband told her he would be leaving at 4 in the morning, so if she could come over around 10 that would be great. When I picked my husband up from the airport, he told me to check on the dogs. I asked her how she was and Courtney said “Fine, they’re being super cuddly.” My husband checked our security camera and saw that she wasn’t in the house and the dogs were laying in the living room, alone. He then checked our front door sensor and saw that the last time the front door was open was when he went out. We then asked if she “had any issues finding the key” and she said “no, I have it on me now.” We had one of my husband’s friends run over to the house and see that the key was still there (which we knew it would be because the sensor showed us the door was never opened.) this was 12 hours later. This woman outright lied to us, and never even made an effort to care for our dogs. What would have happened if we didn’t have camera and door sensors to prove she was lying? Would she have not gone to take care of our dogs for the 4 days we were gone. Absolutely unbelievable. I cannot imagine someone who claims to love dogs acting this way, and in 2021 someone who would outright lie like this when most people have cameras and security systems that would easily prove you wrong. I would strongly recommend against booking this person.
