I’ve grown up with dogs through every part of my family and have never had a time without a dog around. I have always loved animals and have been a pet sitter for my family and many family friends. I also have worked for a doggy daycare and loved it. My dogs at home are senior bulldogs and I have also had a lot of experience caring for them.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets at a clients home, I’d first want to introduce myself to the animal and let them get comfortable with me. I wouldn’t push them to trust me by trying to engage with them, I’d wait for them to warm up to me. I would provide all the required care for the pet, while also providing a comforting presence for that pet. I’ll play with your pet and take them on walks if needed and let them cuddle with me!

Schedule
I’m currently at home from school and working part time with rover. I am available most days of the week due to my being home right now and since I’m only working through rover I am available any time of the day to go to your pet. However, I often have several dogs to walk daily and have other obligations, so if I’m pet sitting for someone I can’t be there all the time during the day. I do always make time to come back and check on the pet for at least 30 minutes several times a day, along with spending the night.
