Information Courtney M. would like to know about your pet

I would love to know a little about your dog before I spend time with them! These are just some basic questions, answer as many as you'd like. What is their favorite treat (if allowed)? Do they like to chase other animals? Any behaviors I should look out for (counter surfing, marking, scratching)? What key words or phrases do you use with your dog? (Walk? Settle? Potty?) What's their favorite way to play? (Tug, fetch) Do they like a lot of attention or do they like their space? Are they a cuddler? What will they eat when they are in my care? (Lunch, Dinner, snack)? (Please provide any food, as new/different foods will upset their stomachs)

A typical day

I like to start with introducing them to the house, getting their "spot" established (a bed for them for the day). Then a walk followed by some quiet time. Potentially lunch or a snack. Take advantage of any opportunity to play during the afternoon. Dinner, another walk and zoomies, then settle in for the night. If your dog needs some more stimulation, we will work that in.

Courtney was exceptional in all respects. She is most knowledgeable about handling puppies in particular. The daily reports were detailed as was her written summary of all food, walks and events and activities. Top notch!

I have known Courtney for nearly 10 years, and she has personally cared for my dog Lucy many times. I can’t recommend her enough as a dog walker and sitter. Her genuine love for animals is clear the moment you meet her. She has a natural ability to connect with dogs of all temperaments—from energetic puppies to older pets who need patience and gentleness. I’ve seen firsthand her attentiveness to each dog’s individual needs, whether it’s ensuring they get enough exercise, following dietary instructions, or simply offering companionship and comfort. In addition to her affection for animals, Courtney is reliable and trustworthy. She would be an outstanding addition to the Rover team, and I recommend her without hesitation.

Courtney fostered the two Aruba rescue dogs that I adopted and they flourished under her care. She's a natural animal mom and will take great care of your pet.
