WFH Dog Mom with Fenced Yard
Hello there, I'm Courtney! As a work-from-home environmental engineer, I’m home throughout the day and able to provide consistent supervision, structure, and attention to make sure your pup will be engaged, exercised and loved. I have a 3 year old poodle who is social, playful and gets along really well with other dogs and cats. I’m very attuned to dog body language, play styles and making sure introductions are done slowly and safely. I’m comfortable with high-energy dogs who need structured exercise as well as more laid-back pups who just want affection and companionship. I live within walking distance of three parks here in Austin, so regular walks, sniff breaks and enrichment time are built into our routine. I’m also happy to reinforce training cues, support crate training, administer basic medications, and provide extra patience and care for senior dogs. I have spent time with animals throughout all of my life, in all shapes and sizes. I have also volunteered at animal shelters in Virginia, Florida and Texas. I am an experienced pet caretaker and am dedicated to treating and loving your animals as if they were my own! Any size and breed of dog is welcome, as I have a lifetime of experience with taking care of many different types of breeds. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard that allows for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. Dogs are always supervised outside, and I’m mindful about heat safety (especially in Austin summers), hydration and rest breaks.

Courtney watched our doodle for 5 days and she was the best. We received updates and pictures and Lola had a great time. Do not hesitate to trust Courtney with your pup!!
Courtney did a great job taking care of my two cats while I was away! I’d recommend hiring her to take care of your fur babies!
I hate to keep reviewing Cortney so high but I can’t help it! I only hate to do it because then she gets booked up but it’s harder for me to get Lola in. LOL. She’s amazing! You definitely want her to dog sit for you!
Courtney is my favorite! Lola gets excited to stay with her which is great because I’m gone a lot!
Courtney was so great with our dog Dylan! She was caring, warm, flexible and sent great photos and updates. Would definitely book her again- thanks for taking such good care of Dilly!

Schedule
Since I have a work from home routine, I’m around throughout the day, which means plenty of potty breaks, playtime and supervision for your pup!

- To provide the best care possible, I’d love to know: - How your dog does with other dogs (play style, boundaries, etc.) - Any allergies, medications, or health concerns - Feeding schedule and portion sizes - Crate training status (if applicable) - Any triggers (resource guarding, separation anxiety, loud noises, etc.) - Favorite toys, routines, or comfort items The more I know about your pup, the better I can make their stay safe, fun and like a home away from home.
