Pet care experience

Vet Tech with 16 years exper

Ever since i can remember, I always wanted to work with animals. In 2005 I graduated high school and moved to tennessee because there were no colleges around the arkansas area that had a veterinary technician program. In 2010 I graduated with an A.A.S degree in veterinary technology. A couple months later, I took the national board test to become a licensed veterinary medical technician which i passed. I spent the first 8 years working at a 5 doctor fast paced busy vet clinic. I then spent the next 4 years learning and working at an overnight emergency vet hospital. I've also done various pet sitting, giving fluids to geriatric patients, giving medications, day walks and day care, etc. I am an animal person and I think they can sense that from me, especially the ChiChihuahuas!! My veterinary technician license expired in 2019 when I decided I was going to change career fields. However helping animals is in my blood and I will always work with animals in some way. Let me take care of your babies! You can feel confident and worry-free while your pets’ are in capable, experienced and compassionate hands! I would love to set up a meet and greet!
