Vet information, emergency contacts, and any important safety notes are also great to have, just in case. I’m always happy to do a meet and greet to make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone.

I like to tailor the day to your pet and what they’re used to, so things feel fun but still familiar. For dogs, that usually looks like walks, playtime, and a mix of physical and mental stimulation, along with downtime so they can relax. If they need a little more space, I’m happy to use a long lead for safe, supervised roaming, and I stick to calm, controlled environments as much as possible. For cats, it’s a mix of play, feeding, litter care, and the kind of attention they prefer, whether that’s cuddles, chasing toys, or just a calm presence nearby.
