Coming from a professional animal family, I have been involved in various animal organizations and activities throughout my life. These include AKC, canine rescue, dog, cat and horse massage, dog training, puppy rearing, dog shows as a handler and helper, agility, obedience, pet sitting, dog walking, etc. I've always felt incredibly close to animals of all shapes, and sizes. I grew up with Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, the occasional all-breed foster and house cats. In addition, I have been riding and helping care for horses for as long as I can remember and have experience with goats, cows, rabbits, chickens, etc. Over the years I have been hired to feed and care for just about every sort of animal commonly kept by people. I am very comfortable with daily visits as well as overnights. Additionally, I am very comfortable with dogs of all sizes on leashes and love taking pets for walks. I'm currently a 34-year-old Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (with a minor in Russian) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Development and Family Studies.
