Courtney has house sat and taken care of my 3 cats Tori, Raveena, and Bug many times so I can take vacations and go out of town. In a 1 bedroom apartment with 3 cats she understood the importance of making sure the litter boxes were clean and sanitary as to avoid any impact on the cats spraying outside the box. She paid careful attention to decreasing the amount of stress in the environment by frequently cleaning the litter boxes, ensuring the cats had an adequate supply of clean water by refreshing their water bowls daily, regular feeding times and giving lots of pets, cuddles, love and playtime. Courtney had a gentle approach with my cats. She allowed them to adjust to her presence and come to her on their own time while making sure they had what they needed to feel comforted while I was away. Each visit she made sure to dedicate ample time to visiting and playing with the cats so they could get to know her better. Courtney knows that each pet is unique and may have special needs. She is a pet mom of a diabetic 14yr old cat and has an intimate understanding of the time, sacrifice and commitment involved in caring for a chronically ill pet. She has special skills in providing scheduled daily IM medicines safely and efficiently ensuring her cat or any pet can thrive in optimal conditions. She has knowledge of signs and symptoms of health issues in cats and it puts my mind at ease knowing she is capable of navigating pet emergencies or other health issues with the vet. Courtney is responsible, reliable, empathetic and loving. She treats all people and animals with respect and will care for your pets as if they’re her own.
