Hi! I’m Courtney, your local cat-obsessed sitter who truly believes cats make life better. I’ve had cats my entire life and currently share my home with four very spoiled kitties of my own, so I completely understand that every cat has their own personality, routines, and quirks. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me for years to care for their cats while they’re away, and I treat every cat I watch like one of my own. Whether your cat is playful, shy, or prefers to rule the house from a cozy window perch, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I also have experience caring for cats with medical needs. Two of my own require medication, and I’ve worked with animals professionally in the past, so I’m comfortable administering medications and providing attentive, compassionate care when extra support is needed. My goal is simple: keep your cat happy, safe, and stress-free while you’re away—and send you plenty of updates and photos so you can relax knowing they’re in good paws. Courtney was a wonderful caretaker for our two cats for a week while we were traveling. She even got our tortoiseshell scaredy-cat who is nervous about everything, especially strangers, to come out of her shell to get plenty of petting, brushing, and play time. Courtney was very communicative and provided lots of detailed updates with pictures. It was so reassuring to know that our cats were being so well taken care of while we were away, by someone they formed a real bond with. We would absolutely recommend Courtney to anyone looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to watch their pets!

Courtney was amazing to my Honey! She watched her for about 8 hours on a Saturday! Sent beautiful pictures of my baby throughout the night. And asked all the questions during the meet and greet, you can tell she cares and takes pride in taking care of animals! Already booked her for more dates! It is so convenient that she is willing to watch my dog at our home because Honey has anxiety and I don't want her to have more anxiety being away from home AND me not being around. Thank you!!

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to plan visits and care around your pet’s needs. I’m available for drop-ins, overnight stays, and boarding for 1–2 cats in our home (as long as they’re comfortable around other cats). Because I share my home with four cats of my own, I’m very familiar with feline routines and personalities. I’m also happy to care for exotic pets and can administer medications if needed thanks to my experience working as a veterinary assistant. Whether I’m visiting your pet at home or welcoming them into ours, I’ll make sure they receive consistent, attentive care while you’re away. 🐾

I have four adopted cats who I love SO much! As someone who formerly worked as a zookeeper, in an aquarium, and a vets office I know how important it is to create a positive environment for them as well as provide constant changing environmental enrichment (toys!) to keep them mentally stimulated and out of the trouble they tend to get into when they are bored! I never use negative reinforcement, only positive reinforcement for good behaviors.

A typical day
A typical visit starts with checking in on your cat, refreshing food and water, and scooping the litter box. I’ll make sure their space is clean and everything looks good. Then it’s cat time—play with their favorite toys, brushing, treats, or just keeping them company. I always follow your cat’s lead, whether they’re playful, shy, or prefer supervising from a cozy spot. If your cat needs medication or special care, I’m comfortable administering it and making sure their routine stays consistent. Before I leave, I’ll send you updates and photos so you know your cat is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
