Dog Socialization/Senior Care

I started walking dogs in 2017 and it was apparent early on how much nature and exercise is an integral part of a dog’s wellbeing. I’ve seen personalities blossom when the dogs are brought to walk on trails compared to the pavement on a busy street. It’s become a core part of my business that I regularly bring the dogs to the various parks and neighborhoods to be able to explore, be inquisitive and be themselves! Socialization and positive reinforcement is my specialty! I love to bring my dogs to the bank, car wash, garden centers, farmers market, and the beach in the off-season! I grew up in Lexington so I’m very familiar with all the amazing dog-friendly parks there. Watching the dogs enjoy a novel, enriching experience is just as fulfilling for me as it for them! I currently have a 2-year old Pekingese male, named Spud. He is neutered. He is sweet and well-behaved. He gets along with all dogs and can give space to senior/ special-needs dogs. For all new clients that are booking for boarding, I do require 2 walks prior to boarding so that your dog and I can get acquainted. Up to 10 walks and 2 days of daycare may be recommended if your dog has high anxiety or high separation anxiety. This is so we can build a relationship and ease the transition to staying in a new place with new people. This will really help with future stays, too. My boyfriend and I live in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in dog-friendly community in Bedford, close by to Wegmans. ——————————————— I have experience with reactive cats. Cat services includes feeding, playing, brushing (if they will let me), scooping the littler box, taking in the mail, watering the plants. For check-ins and house-sitting, I am currently serving the Lexington/Bedford/Burlington area or 4 mile radius from Wegmans in Burlington. List of references can be provided upon request.

Courtney was great with our dog Bernie, took him on long walks, and kept us posted. Our house was left in immaculate condition too. We highly recommend her!

Courtney is so reliable and flexible. She arrived on time and even covered some extra days when some conflicts arose with a friend covering those days. She's just all around great 👍
