I work at a middle school which leaves me open fully during the summer and anytime after 3:30 during the school year! This leaves me plenty of time to help you out with your pets!

How I care for your pets with be based on any instructions you give me as well as my own knowledge of pet care. This includes everything from washing/refilling bowls, administering medications, feeding, playing for enrichment, etc.

I would love to get to play with your pets outsids with lots of toys, which I keep at my house for my own dog and any dog who visits frequently, so there are lots of options for playtime. But, we can also go for walk on the streets around my house as they all have nice sidewalks, and there is a few very nice parks near me with lots of room for walks and running around! If the stay or walk is at your home, our time will be full of cuddles and running around. I almost always carry an extra ball on me for a surprise fetch game!

I have had a pet in every single place I’ve lived since I was born, and once I was able to help I started taking care of my family’s dogs. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter where I fed, worked on socializing the fur babies, walked, and cuddled all of the pets just waiting to be adopted. And, my boyfriend recently adopted a dog who we have been adapting to taking care of 24/7. Here name is Hinata, and she was a stray but it’s been awesome to learn more about how to get dogs comfortable in a new place with her! I am currently a full time college student about to graduate in December! I DoorDash to make money since it’s so flexible with my school schedule but when I found Rover I realized I could also take care of some pets as I have lots of free time throughout the day, just not enough for a full time job yet :) I take care of my roommates pets by helping feed and clean up after them, and of course playing with them daily (they are two cats). But when it comes to your pets, I would be able to come to your residence and let the animals out, feed them, any medications they need, etc.

Courtney has walked my dogs several times this fall. I recommend her 100% as a trustworthy, reliable and caring walker. The dogs are always so happy to see her (lots of wags and delighted vocalizations) as they know they are about to go on an amazing walk. Courtney is clearly a genuine animal lover who is extremely responsible. She is a good communicator and responds promptly to messages and questions. The most important thing for me is that I know she will take excellent care of my dogs! I give her my highest recommendation.
Courtney has been an amazing caregiver for our pets in the time we have known each other! What makes Courtney stand out as a pet lover is that she truly goes above and beyond the basic necessities of just taking care of pets. It’s one thing to take a dog for a walk or to play, it’s another to make sure the dog feels good and is walking/playing long enough to get all that energy out. She exudes positive energy which I’ve seen pets pick up on immediately and be drawn to her like a cat to a string. Courtney is a stand out candidate in my eyes and it would be silly to not at least give her this wonderful opportunity. She loves pets, pets love her, it’s a match made it puppy paradise!
Courtney has taken care of my pets multiple times! My cat Jax absolutely adores her and loves when she comes to watch him. I also have two dogs, a Boxer and an Australian Shepherd, that she walks and cares for when I am on vacation. I’ve never had to question whether or not they were being taken care of because I know that Courtney treats them as well as she treats her own pets. I 100% recommend her as a pet sitter.
