As a Rover pet sitter, pet care is a central part of my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they get consistent attention, exercise, and affection. Daily responsibilities typically include feeding according to each pet’s routine, refreshing water, walks or playtime, administering medication if needed, and making sure pets feel comfortable and secure in their environment. I also provide updates, photos, and notes to owners so they feel connected while they’re away. On a weekly basis, I balance multiple bookings by organizing my calendar in advance, allowing enough time for each visit without rushing. I build in flexibility for pets with special needs or extra energy and always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and reliability. Caring for pets isn’t something I fit in around my life; it’s something I intentionally structure my life around to ensure every pet receives attentive, dependable care.

I prioritize consistency and respect for the pet’s familiar surroundings. I stick closely to their established schedule for meals, walks, litter box or yard breaks, and exercise. I also handle basic home care related to the pet, such as cleaning bowls, scooping litter, and bringing in packages if requested. Throughout the visit, I provide updates and photos so owners have peace of mind knowing their pets are comfortable and happy in their own home. No matter the service, I focus on safety, routine, and personalized attention to meet each pet’s individual needs.

I have no breed or gender preferences but I do ask that if your dog has any attitude issues or aggression that you let me know immediately. Let me know about any medications that need to be taken, and what times of the day. Also, their favorite treats for when their a good boy/girl!
A typical day
Walks around parks or running around a track on a cool day--you name it. I have a long lease in my front yard that allows your pups to lay outside in the warm sun without the worry of them wandering too far. Fetch is something that most dogs enjoy and I would be happy to do it where there is fresh air!

I have had owned four pups since I was a kid and I have such a passion for them! I believe they deserve a healthy life style so walking and playing with them is a must and I can help achieve that if you have a busy lifestyle. I am home almost all weekends and in the afternoon-evening hours on weekdays and will absolutely LOVE to take care of your bundles of joys. I have experience with senior dogs because I have provided care for two of my own dogs all the way up to their passing from old age. I am looking forward to learning about your own pup and I am excited to work with you to bring out the best in your dog!
