My family has always had cats, so when I was 16, my dad adopted a mini Australian Shepherd we named Oscar. I loved helping my dad train and play with him and I considered him to be my first dog. I started caring for my friends pets while attending college in RI. During the first two years of Covid, I became a live-in sitter for a landlord as she traveled back and forth between properties. I also helped my roommate take care of their two dogs if they were working late.

I always want to make sure you and your pets feel safe while I’m in your home. I have experience giving different types of medications for pets, as well as caring for elderly and anxious pets. I have cared for various animals as well such as chickens, rodents, chinchillas, and some reptiles.

Courtney is my go to sitter for house sitting. My timid cats love her, she's great with the dogs, and she takes such good care of my house. I know my babies are in good hands when I leave them with her. Great communication and great pictures. Highly recommend!
Courtney is great and super communicative
Courtney was wonderful. We felt very comfortable having her at our home and taking care of Marley. She was very flexible when our flights home were canceled maintaining consistancy for Marley. She is our go to for home and pet sitting from now on.
I will definitely use Courtney again. The neighbors said she was very friendly and took my Charlie around to visit. My house was clean and tidy when I got home!

Schedule
In January 2025, I moved from RI to New Bern so I could be closer to my grandparents. I’m an artist specializing in digital art and illustration. I’m in my 30’s, I’m neurodivergent, and I identify as queer. I enjoy listening to music and watching movies in my free time. My schedule is very flexible. I am self-employed, so most of my time is spent at home making artwork. Sometimes I work on canvas, but I mostly create art on my iPad.
