I love animals. Probably more than I should. I personally have a pit mix puppy who was adopted, along with more cats than I am proud to admit. I am not intimidated by “bully breeds” and believe they deserve just as much love and care as every other pup. I will do everything in my power to ensure that your baby is taken care of properly. I have extensive experience with both dogs and cats, having raised both puppies and kittens to happy and healthy adults. I have nursed both kittens and puppies from the verge of death, helping them have a fighting chance and lead a long, full life. A few years back, I came across 2 puppies locked in a cage on the side of the road, starving and covered in their own feces. I brought them home, cleaned them up, and fattened their bellies back before bringing them to a no kill shelter. I was told that had I not intervened how and when I did, they surely would not have made it. Both puppies are now grown up dogs, and each has a loving family of their own as they were adopted as soon as they were available. I also have experience with injured and disabled cats. My first kitten, Nugget, was a tripod with an open wound where his foot should have been. He had to be nursed and cared for very meticulously, so I am no stranger to medicine doses and adapting to pets needs. Whatever the need is, I will find a way to meet it as safely and comfortably as possible. My availability is very flexible for the most part, however I do attend a class every Wednesday morning. I do also work part time, almost always is the afternoon-evening. I am willing to be flexible to meet your needs. Care patterns will be completely determined by you! You tell me what it is you’re expecting from a sitter, and I will do everything in my power to fulfill those expectations. If that means walking x times a day, that’s what I’ll do. If it means throwing a tennis ball in the back yard for x minutes, we’re throwing tennis balls!
