Typically I hit 5 stars and move on but on this occasion I feel I must share. We left for vacation for a week leaving our ten year old dog in Courtney’s care. Courtney first asked me to not use the app and just pay her directly. Being our first meeting I declined and chose to use the app. This should have been my red flag. During our trip I had to check to see if she was going to check in and provide the service several times as she was not sticking to the agreed upon schedule. Pictures were sent for nighttime visits with sunshine in the windows. I felt something was off and had an uneasy feeling during our vacation. We finally returned home. After 23 hours of driving we loved on our dog and all climbed in bed. After some rest we looked around the house and started noticing odd things. Our dog had had a major accident at some point during the week. We simply didn’t notice as we walked by it in the living room because it was covered up by a blanket!! In addition our back door trim was was ripped to shreds. None of this was mentioned. On the way home from Florida I texted Courtney letting her know we would be home early, and that she wouldn’t need to do the last 2 check-ins but I would still pay her for them, if she could just bring the key. She let me know it would be in the next couple of days….huh? All in all I feel like my dog was not in good hands and the agreed upon service was not performed.

Courtney has been the best dog walker I’ve found! After a few iffy experiences on Rover with my nervous pup, it’s been such a relief to find someone so patient, understanding, and that communicates well!

Courtney is amazing! She took Maya on short notice and helped us out to keep her active after put weekend trip to the ER. This was a HUGE help in keeping our punky girl happy and healthy! I love the photos, as Courtney unknowingly to Maya to her favorite place! I highly recommend Couetney. She is friendly, timely and sweet with Maya. She is professional and trustworthy and we will definitely use her again! I am sure our lab will be tuckered out tonight! A tired dog is a happy dog!
