I am respectful of your space and if necessary will always ask first if I need to use anything that is outside of the immediate pet sitting services I'm providing or anything outside of what we've previously discussed during a house sitting. I always clean up after myself and the pets I'm caring for and will be sure to leave your space better than I found it!

The most important information I need to know about your dog or cat ahead of time is what their personality and behavior is like. For dogs and cats: I would need to know that your dog or cat is friendly and won't bite/bark/hiss/scratch at me for just being in your space. I want to know what they love/don't love, what their favorite toys are, if they can have any treats, and for cats where their favorite hiding spot is if I can't seem to find them when I stop in (like under the sofa, under a bed, in the basement, etc.). For dogs too, I'd need to know how they do with other dogs while out on walks and if I should steer clear - I usually try to avoid other dogs while on walks anyway just in case, but I still like to know their temperament.
A typical day
Your pets and I will have lots of play time. We'll also get into some enrichment activities if there's time! With dogs, we'll play tug or fetch, take nice long walks (if they tolerate long walks of course), and last but not least get lots of snuggles in.

Pet care experience
I got into pet sitting after growing up with and taking care of my family's pets. I'm excited to have the availability to care for your pets! I have experience with cats, as well as with dogs of all sizes and various breeds, from small chihuahuas, medium pit-bulls, to large shepherds. I also have experience with reptiles and small animals like hamsters, guinea pigs, and ferrets.

Courteney is the best. She is caring and she loves the job of caring for your fur babies. She sends lots of updates and photos letting you vacation at peace. I have 2 very spoiled pups 1 is a senior with medication and eating habits that are challenging. When I arrive home my babies are healthy and happy. She is the best!
Courtney has house sit with my 2 fur babies. They love her very much! She plays with them gives them much love. I come home to 2 happy healthy babies. My one dog is a senior with a heart condition and it’s like I never left. I 100% recommend her for any pet services.
Courteney This was our first time having Courteney dog sit our pups. After reading several of her reviews which were excellent we hired her to stay at our home for five days. We have a senior pup plus an active 6 year old. She was on time, communicated and daily updates with tons of pics of our fur babies. My pups fell in love with her and she was in tune to all their needs. We are thrilled and will definitely hire her again and again.
Courteney is fantastic, so happy to have her watching our cat. She's reliable and professional which makes her an easy choice for our sitter each time we go on vacation.
