About Me: "Hi! My name is Coryelle and I know animals! Yea, I know lots of people say that but my background is like no other...read on to know more about me. :-) For over 20 years, my life purpose has been to work with and care for a wide variety of animals. From Cats to Dogs, Horse to Turtles, Parrots to Fish, I've worked with and care for all of them and more. My Back Story: I grew up in the heart of NYC and have always had animals as my companions from a very early age. 5 years as a Veterinary technician in NYC, 3 years as a professional pet sitter in Santa Fe and I have decades of experience as a professional animal communicator (yes, you read that right) & healer for clientele all over the world including Dubai, Japan, Europe and across the United State. I have certifications and have extensively studied: Energy Healing (Reiki), Flower Essence Therapy for Pets, Homeopathic Remedies for Animals & Therapeutic Touch (TTOUCH) for large & small animals. I know how to treat them with the respect and care that they deserve. I have an extensive background working with them and attended a college in NYC to be a Veterinary Technician as well as 5 years working in clinics in Manhattan and the Bronx. I am familiar with many health issue, and medications and how to give them all properly as well as both knowledge in proper elder and handicap animal care. I have a unique talent which makes me a stronger and better caretaker for your animal companions than anyone else, because I bring something to the table that few do. I can talk with and more importantly can LISTEN to your animal's needs. Which allows me to tend to many issues such as separation anxiety before they even occur, as well as being able to ensure they are always happy and healthy while you're away. The walks I do are 30-45 minutes long, if you'd like your furrkids to have a longer walk than it will be $10 for an additional 30 minutes. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH ME!!!!!: Shenanigans' policy IF your furrkid gets up to any shenanigans while you're away; shenanigans are acts such as pooping or peeing in the house, destroying furniture or your personal items and/of attacking me when I come into the house. my shenanigans policy is $25 every time I have to clean up or deal with said shenanigans PLUS reimbursement of any and all of my items your furkid destroys. If at any time I feel that your animal is threatening me repeatedly with aggression and I do NOT feel safe in the environment with them I can (and will) at any time take the appropriate actions to make sure that I am keeping myself safe. These actions can be: moving from and implementing a drop in policy instead of over night stays, taking your animal in a vehicle, petting your animal and any other actions that put me danger of being attacked (this does not include feeding and watering them). I have unfortunately learned from past experiences. But I must enforce this policy to keep myself and your furkid safe and respect how they are feeling and dealing with this situation.
