I’ve loved animals my entire life and have cared for dogs and cats for more than 20 years. My wife and I currently have three cats, and I’ve also had dogs throughout my life. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I have experience caring for senior dogs and pets with special needs, including administering oral and injected medications. Whether your pet needs an active walk, a consistent routine, medication, playtime, or simply some extra attention and companionship, I take the responsibility seriously and treat every pet with the same care and respect I give my own.

Safety, trust & environment
While I don’t host pets in my home, I’m very attentive when caring for pets in their own homes. I follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routines closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and household rules. Before walks, I make sure collars and harnesses are properly secured, and I always pay attention to your pet’s behavior and surroundings. I respect your home and your pet’s space, and my goal is to provide dependable, safe, and stress-free care while you’re away.

Cory is fantastic and this was round 2 for sitting my boys. One is a senior that’s needs a little extra care and I know that’s just what he got. Highly recommended!

My Ollie takes a while to warm to new people but Cory did it fast with his calm, kind and confident persona. Cory has walked Ollie a few times and stayed over in my house with him, and everything went great. I appreciate that!!

Schedule
I work remotely in a role with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate most pet-care requests with sufficient advance notice. I’m generally available most days and can often be flexible with timing, although I may occasionally have a work commitment that I need to work around. If I’m unavailable for a particular request, I’m also happy to refer you to my wife, who is an experienced Rover sitter and may be able to help.
