Pet care experience

Dog OBSESSED, dogs are my passion!

Hi! I’m Cory, and caring for dogs has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I previously had three wonderful dogs who each taught me something different about love, patience, and companionship. Today, I’m a proud dog mom to Morty, my temperamental (but incredibly lovable) pittie who keeps me on my toes and fills my home with personality. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds—from tiny 8-week-old puppies to senior dogs who need a gentler touch. I regularly sit for neighbors, friends, and long-time clients, and I’ve gained hands-on experience with training, administering medications, giving insulin shots, and managing all sorts of unique care needs. If a dog requires something special, chances are I’ve handled it—or I’ll learn quickly. My daily drop-ins typically include letting pups out, brushing, feeding when needed, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and understood. Walks are a highlight of my day, and I work on leash manners while making sure each dog gets the right amount of exercise for their temperament. On beautiful days, our walks naturally turn into longer, more enriching adventures. If you’re comfortable with it, I also love taking dogs on little outings—whether it’s a trip to the dog park or a simple Starbucks run for a puppuccino. Spoiling dogs is kind of my thing, and I take plenty of photos along the way so you always feel connected to your pup while you’re away. I treat every dog as if they were my own, and I’d love the chance to care for yours.

Safety, trust & environment

While in the clients home I check on the dogs regularly. If they get crated I check to make sure it is safe and the dog has everything it will need when it comes time to go back in. I follow your directions on how your routine goes for break time. If the yard is fenced in we will go outback and play ball if that’s what they like or the dog can just simply enjoy the great outdoors. I check the food and water during this visit if necessary to make sure everything is good.

Cory always does such an amazing job with Zora! Zora is always spoiled when we’re away with plenty of love and frisbee time and she also makes sure to keep us updated with lots of pictures !

Cory was kind and attentive to my animals, keeping me updated with photos and their daily behaviors, so I knew they were in good hands. Would definitely have her back to watch our babies!

This is the second time Cory has dog sat for me and she has taken wonderful care of my dog both times! She sends updates with pictures throughout the day and spends lots of time making sure my dog gets to do things loves: hanging out with people and being outside! We always come home to happy pupper when Cory is taking care of her!

Cory is amazing! I have three small dogs who are unique in every way. By a day or two with them, Cory had their personalities pegged and even humored the Pomeranian by playing dress up (her favorite thing!). She made sure my Pekingese ate, as he has low blood sugar issues. She made sure the dogs who take meds got them as expected, and she took lots of photos. Also, Cory left my home in great shape after a week-long stay. You almost wouldn’t have known she’d stayed here for seven days. Highly recommend her; and the bonus is she’s trustworthy to leave in your home for overnights, if needed. Highly recommend her!

Dog sitting is currently my main job while I attend college. I can do overnights in your home any day of the week given you are in my general area. I stay with the dog, feed and provide pody breaks and take many pictures! For any walks or drop in visits I’m available anytime given the proper notice!

Any quirks? Does he\she have any allergies? Any routines? (food etc) Is the dog friendly with other dogs? Is he/she friendly with people of all ages including kids? Is he/she leash/house trained? Are they good during car rides? Are they food aggressive,? How is their energy level? My goal is to bond with your dog, keeping them on the same routines just like if you were there.
