I've loved and cared for animals my whole life — hamsters, bunnies, dogs — and I've always been the go-to person for friends, family, and neighbors when they need someone trustworthy to watch their pets. My biggest teacher was my dog Carter, a Formosan I raised from 8 weeks old and had the privilege of loving for 11 wonderful years. She was very energetic, and living with her every day for over a decade taught me a lot about walking, training, and understanding midsize dogs with real intensity and drive. Carter passed recently, and caring for other dogs now feels like the most natural way to keep giving the love and attention she taught me how to give. Through her, I discovered a real knack for working with anxious, shy, and high-energy dogs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care — I take the time to get to know each dog's temperament, quirks, and needs, because just like people, every dog is different. Some want a calm, steady presence. Some want to run until they're happily exhausted. I meet them where they are. I'm fully remote, so your dog will have consistent company throughout the day, and I'm just up the street from the dog park — walks and outdoor time are a given, not an afterthought.
