Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm surrounded by cats and dogs, and I’ve had two to four dogs in my home at a time since I was about five years old. Labs have always had an especially big place in my life, and I’ve had my Lab/Pit Bull mix since 2017. I now also share my home with a Goldendoodle! Growing up with multiple animals taught me how different every dog can be. I’m comfortable with dogs of different breeds, sizes, energy levels, personalities, and ages. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or would rather have some extra snuggles and companionship, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. Most importantly, I know how much our animals mean to us. I’ll care for yours with the same patience, attention, and love I expect for my own.

I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet—and your home—in someone else’s care. I take that responsibility seriously. I pay close attention to each pet’s normal routine, personality, body language, feeding schedule, medications or special instructions, and any boundaries you have in place. I believe consistency helps animals feel safe, so I’ll follow your normal routine as closely as possible. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic, playful dogs to animals who need a little more patience and time to warm up. My goal is for you to feel confident while you’re away knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, cared for, and getting plenty of attention.

We can't say enough good things about Cortney! Leaving our 2 Dog's with someone else is always stressful, but Cortney immediately put our mind at ease. She sent regular updates with photos & videos, followed all feeding instructions & made sure they got plenty of exercise & affection. When we got home, Bailey & Lily was happy, relaxed, & clearly treated like family. It’s so reassuring to find someone trustworthy, reliable, & genuinely passionate about animals. We will definitely be booking Cortney again!
Highly recommend Cortney! She stayed in my home to watch my senior dog and my sister’s high-needs senior chihuahua. She provided regular updates with pictures and left the house as clean as when she arrived, and even cared for the plants as well! The dogs felt so comfortable they slept with her, snuggled with her while she worked from home, and had no accidents!
Cortney was very professional and did a fantastic job watching my older Chihuahua with Cushings Disease. He has a very strict diet and feeding routine with supplements multiple times a day that Cortney adjusted her schedule around so as to keep our routine. Cortney treats everything as though it is her own and kept the house clean, took care of plants, and loved on our animals. She was very responsive to all texts, requests for check-ins, and sent videos and texts as well! 10/10 will be using Cortney again!
Cortney grew up with dogs, cats and horses her whole life. She appreciates God’s companions and is great caregiver not only to humans, but animals. She enjoys walking dogs. In fact, when she left home for her 1st degree, she dog sat and walked them because she missed her dogs at home. Literally, found joy and made extra money. Now , she is far away from home again, while , earning her doctorate degree. She is trying to earn a little money while finding joy at the same time.. Cortney is compassionate about all pets.
Cortney is a kind, caring, and compassionate person who is always looking to serve and care for others including pets! She is experienced with all kinds of pets, but especially dogs. She has had a dog or dogs all her life. She is experienced with all kinds of dogs from hunting dogs to your family pet dog. All dogs love her, and never want to leave her side! Schedule
I have a flexible schedule that allows me to make pet care a natural part of my day. I’m already accustomed to planning my days around animals, from feeding and caring for dogs to spending time at the barn with horses. I enjoy being active and outdoors, so walks, playtime, potty breaks, and extra one-on-one attention fit easily into my routine.

Please let me know about their feeding schedule, potty routine, activity level, medications, allergies, favorite activities, and any quirks or behaviors I should know about. It’s also helpful to know how they interact with other dogs, cats, new people, and children, as well as whether they have any fears, triggers, escape tendencies, or areas where they need a little extra patience or attention.
