I’m a proud dog mom to Kona, my Akita/Malamute mix. Caring for him has given me hands-on experience with giant breeds, leash handling, enrichment, and safely managing a reactive dog. Through caring for other dogs, I’ve also gained experience with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and individual needs. I’ve also cared for cats for years and love getting to know each pet’s individual personality and routine. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, or a senior, I take the time to understand what helps them feel most comfortable.

I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I make communication a priority. You can expect plenty of photos and thoughtful updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I always prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort and will adjust walks or activities as needed based on weather, energy level, and individual needs.

Cortney watched our 11 year old Lab while my wife and I were away for the weekend, and we couldn't have been more pleased. For an older dog, he has lots of energy, and he was tired and calm when we returned from all the attention he received. We'd recommend Cortney to anyone who wants peace of mind while they're away from their pets and we plan on booking her again soon!
Cortney did a fantastic job checking in on our 2 dogs when we left them at home during a trip. She was reliable and communicative the entire time and took such cute photos of them! She refreshed their water every day and did a great job entertaining them during her visits.
We’ve loved having Cortney pet sit our kitties while we’re away! She’s always quick to communicate and was so helpful when our door code wasn’t working, reaching out right away. Both times we’ve used her, she’s sent us the cutest pictures of our fur babies, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re gone. We definitely recommend her!!
Courtney had prompt communication. She instantly connected with our dogs and navigated their different ages/energy levels. This is the second time she has walked our dogs. It was great to have a familiar face for our dogs- put our minds at ease!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and offer dog walks, drop-in visits, non-overnight house sitting, and extended daytime care in your home. I’m available for both recurring weekly care and occasional visits and am happy to work with you to create a schedule that fits your pet’s normal routine. Whether they need regular walks, potty breaks, meals, playtime, companionship, or a little extra attention while you’re away, I’m happy to help! When available, I can also provide transportation to grooming appointments, daycare, boarding, or veterinary visits.
