I accepted my first dogsitting job when I was in middle school. I took care of my neighbors' two Westies. I made sure they fed, exercised, and most importantly loved. As I got older, I would walk our other neighbors' chunky lab. At the same time, I helped take care of the family dog, a miniature pinscher named Tux. Nowadays I often watch my friends' pets. They ranged in size and energy levels. I often watched a chihuahua, border collie mix puppy, and lab mix. My previous roommate and I joke that we share custody of a 4 year old Boston Terrier because we split responsibility of him when we lived together and I watch him when she goes on trips. Anytime I watch someone's pets, I treat them like my own. I want to spoil them by getting them a pup cup, a new toy, and lots of cuddles.
