Safety, trust & environment
I know that when I’m caring for a clients pet. It’s like I’m caring for their child and safety is of the utmost importance. I am always sure to read through profiles and previous walker/sitter notes to be made aware of any watch outs or triggers for the animals. I always am open and upfront to communicate with the pet owner if I have any questions or concerns.

A typical day
I love to give animals the best experience they can have without being with their own family. Whether it’s going on a walk and letting the dog explore new neighborhoods or staying at home and playing with toys, I like to keep pet stimulated physically and or mentally!

Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Corinne and I am a student at Stevens Institute of Technology. Growing up, I always at least one dog in my house as well as pet birds and a leopard gecko! Through this I have gained a love for all animals and it encouraged me to find more experience working with animals. My professional experience with dogs and cats started when I got a shadowing assistant job at a local veterinarian at Animal Care of Oradell in Oradell, NJ. I worked with dogs ranging from under 20 pound dogs to over 100 pounds and all different breeds and ages. I am so grateful for the experience of learning how to work with dogs and cats of differing health conditions and learning how to effectively work with them all in whichever way serves them best. I gained a lot of experience walking, feeding, bathing and playing with dogs as well as playing with and handling cats. I also have experience administering medications for dogs and watching dogs in both good and bad health when they needed to stay at the hospital overnight. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in or sitting job, I will be a reliable and enthusiastic choice to take care of the adorable animal that you consider to be a part of your family :)

Reviews

Corinne was wonderful. This was her first time walking Rupi and everything went well. She communicated clearly, arrived on time and took Rupi on a great walk. I felt totally comfortable and will definitely use her again.

Corinne was great with our Aspen, she was timely with drop off and pick up. Aspen was definitely tuckered out from a day of fun in Hoboken with her!

Corinne was great at communicating throughout the day, she was punctual at beginning and end. Oreo had a great time with her and we will use her again.

Corinne was great! Bruce was so tired when he came home and even tried to go back to Corinne’s apartment as we were leaving. She sent us updates and pics throughout the day which was really thoughtful. We will definitely use her again and recommend her to others.
