Compassionate Animal Whisperer
Growing up in Germany, I helped my family care of all the animals on our mini farm: dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks, chickens, guinea pigs. I have taken care of animals ever since I was ten years old (and I'm 50 now, so do the math!). For the past 20 years, I've raised and nurtured animals on our 5 acre homestead in WA, where I taught people animal husbandry and homesteading skills in workshops on our farm. I raised goats (milked and made cheese and soap), chickens, ducks, pigs and my beloved dogs. Three years ago, we moved onto a smaller property in Bow, where we have a huge fenced yard with organic gardens. Our two dogs are like our children, and they get along well with other dogs. I strongly feel that dogs need to have walks and companionship daily instead of sitting home alone all day. My dogs get walked every single day, and this is a win-win, because I love spending time in nature. Our dogs go hiking and even kayaking with us! Animals have always been attracted to me - even wild animals. I seem to have an ability to connect with them and sense what they need. Dog owners often are surprised when their dog approaches me while walking, commenting that their dog is usually so shy with people. I even have dolphins in aquariums come to me, wanting to interact with me or lie next to me, which is highly unusual behavior for them. They seem to sense that I'm safe and ready to interact with them on a different level. Even if your dog is a couch potato, I will spoil your furry friend just sitting close by and scratching ears. Recently I gave up a high paying corporate job as a life coach and leadership teacher because I just want to be around animals and nature. I am self employed and make my own schedule, and most of my work centers around home and my garden, so I'm super flexible to take care of your animal. I have three kids, but the two older ones are off to start their own businesses and college, so the only child remaining is my 13 year old daughter, who is equally obsessed with animals! My husband loves them, too!

Corina is always amazing with our pups! I tend to have anxiety when leaving my dogs behind. I feel so safe leaving them in her care. Such a relief to find someone like her!! Makes all the difference in the world. 🤍
Corina was an awesome sitter for our 2 Aussies - She had to hand feed our youngest dog since he refused to eat from his bowl. She was very attentive to both of our dog's needs. We especially enjoyed the updates and pictures of our dogs since we were away from them. We highly recommend Corina! She's a natural dog whisperer!
Corina and her family were so welcoming and kind to Leo for an extended stay while we were traveling internationally. Corina provided updates and responded quickly to any questions, and Leo had the very best time with them and their dogs. We had so much peace of mind having our dog stay with Corina due to her caring and conscientiousness. We look forward to having Leo stay with them again!
Corina offered a fun and nurturing experience for my dog. It was her first time staying overnight without me. She was well cared for and so happy. I am grateful to have found such a perfect home away from home for my furbaby. Thank you Corina and family, for taking amazing care of my girl!!
Roo really enjoyed his time with Corina and he was so tired and happy when we picked him up at the end of the day. We will for sure use her again.
Corina cared for my precious Maisy like she was her own! Maisy Gad the best two days at daycare and I was so happy knowing that my baby could be having fun instead of being in a kennel!

Schedule
I quit my corporate job because I want to be with animals full time! My rover clients and own animals will come first! Although this Rover job is a new endeavor, I'm sure I will love it!
