I have over 30 years experience with dogs working with my mother who bred Golden Retrievers since 1990 at Maplenook Goldens. I've also worked through my college years with over 5 families pet and house sitting and loved it! Also worked with Ledgewood Kennels and taken obedience and breed handling classes at Southlands in Rhinebeck NY.

Corinna Klay has lived with dogs all her life. Her mother bred Golden Retrievers and Corinna would help with the births and care of the puppies and proud parents. She now has dogs of her own. I recommend her because of all the experience and love she has for dogs.
Corina is great! I was 100% comfortable leaving my dogs in her care. She is on time, reliable and trustworthy. In my opinion the three main things you want in a dog sitter! Plus the dogs love her, so that is a total bonus. I would highly recommend Corina to anyone looking for a sitter in the Pine Plains/Gallatin area.

Corina has years of experience with dogs- from raising them since birth to training them and everything in between. Corina is excellent when it comes to dog care; not only is she very knowledgeable (with even some vet care training ) with dogs - she is very caring, patient and loving when it comes to them as well! She has a huge heart and that extends into her dog watching.

Schedule
I would love to have a part time job and working and training dogs is my dream job. I’ve been working on getting my Dog training certificate to teach classes or work with individuals who needs help.

I have two beautiful friendly Golden females that are like my children, both spayed. We have a fenced in yard where we play, go for walks around the neighborhood, celebrate their doggy birthdays. We do weekly obedience training, scent training, and lots of playing! The same care and love I give to my girls is the same I'd give to your fur babies.

A typical day
I LOVE dogs so any time I get to spend time with a pooch we have fun. I love playing games with them, fun training activities and always talking with them. I love each dog for their own personalities and whatever they love to do I’m willing to join in!
