I have grown up and taken care of both dogs and cats my whole life. I was about 10 years old when I took an active role taking care of our pets. During marriage life, we’ve always had pets (dogs, cats and a tortoise). I also volunteered from 2015 to 2020 at a wildlife rehabilitation organization where I performed husbandry for wildlife and a colony of feral cats. In addition, I volunteered for a non-profit pet rescue facility called “Frosted Faces” where they rescue older dogs and cats. I fed, bathed, played with and cleaned after them. I also volunteered at an Aussie rescue where I interacted with the dogs and cats to help them be more comfortable with people and their present environment. I also bathed dogs, fed and cleaned after the cats. In addition, I cleaned up the outside area where the goats on the property were. I have a very calm presence around animals and never met one that I couldn’t handle. Please keep me in mind for any help you may need with your furry ones.
