I grew up handling horses, so I can exhibit gentle but firm control over dogs if necessary on walks. Taking care of your pet is what I’m here to do, so they get my undivided attention. I make sure to observe and care for pets with diligence! I also have experience caring or animals with medical problems that require special feeding and care practices if provided with details. I stick to the pet’s schedule and prioritize the stability of their routine while their owner is away. I also make sure to leave no trace in your home, cleaning up thoroughly after myself and your pet. Our pets are our babies so I make sure to treat every pet with the same love and attention to detail they get from their family ❤️

Regardless of the animal, just let me know anything you do for your pet so that their routine doesn’t stop when you’re away! It’s helpful to know: -Typical meal/bathroom schedule -Medications and times -Anything that may rile them up on a walk or while playing (seeing other dogs, too much touching, etc) -Likes and dislikes (favorite toy, treats, activities? anything off limits?) -Any relevant details about your home (key, bathroom, where to take trash, sleeping arrangements if house sitting) -Anything else specific to your home and your furry family member :)
A typical day
My care depends on the pet— I live a flexible, active life and love to take outdoorsy dogs for long city walk or to the park. On the other hand, Im happy to keep a sleepier dog or cat company relaxing and playing inside! If possible, I love to get city dogs an opportunity to run around with a tennis ball at a dog park or open area. When sitting a cat, I like to provide their needs and let them trust me and interact with me at their own rate. I absolutely love to cuddle and play with a cat who loves that sort of attention. I often notice that when shy cats’ owners are away, they are a little bolder and more outgoing during my visits since the house is quieter than usual!

Pet care experience
I’m a recent college grad who has been pet sitting and dog walking since my senior year of high school. I’ve watched all types of dogs, cats and small pets, as well as disabled/elderly pets. Growing up I spent lots of time riding at horse farms, volunteering in my local animal shelter, and in my family home caring for my blind dog Paisley and chinchilla Howdy! I’m often told I take the best pet pictures :)

This is the second time Cori has cat sit for us & I could not recommend her enough. She is wonderful & Marbles loves spending time with her. Cori is consistent, communicative & is able to navigate through any issues she may happen upon. I will definitely be booking her again!
Cori was phenomenal! This was the first time we used Rover after moving and I was nervous about Marbles with someone new in such a pinch. All worries melted away on day one! Cori was communicative, punctual & marbles loved her (and she’s usually a VERY shy kitty!) I cannot wait to book her again.
Cori was a delight to work with. She was communicative and I felt totally comfortable trusting her to take great care of my cat. So glad he had her to keep him company this week!
